Strength Training for Dancers

Taylor Made Fitness Training is inclusive fitness training. Athletes looking to improve their dance performance can now recieve the training they need with my Strength Training for Dancers programme in partnership with Andromeda Cheer and Dance! Now availabe with bi-weekly in person sessions in Oxfordshire, Cardiff, Caerphilly and Newport.

Strength Training for Dancers

As a professional dance coach, I've seen that many dancers fail to strength train and often lack the nutritional knowledge to become a well-rounded dancer. I'm excited to release my Strength Training for Dancers programme in partnership with Andromeda Cheer and Dance!

Some of the strength and stretch training for dancers I offer include:

- Increasing muscular endurance for stronger movements

- Improve anaerobic cardiovascular training for power and agility

- Increase aerobic capacity for energy through extended training sessions

- Refine your dance-specific skills, such as leaps, turns and kicks

- Rehabilitate after an injury and get back into dancing faster

- Alignment, flexibility and mobility training for improved technique 

- Better understanding of the role nutrition plays in your dance performance and training

Pricing
Basic programme starting at £100 pm
Additional in-person sessions available for £35 per hour
