Taylor spent a lot of time going over my goals, injuries, and lifestyle. She assessed all of my strengths and weaknesses to design a workout plan specific to me that would achieve my personal goals and balance out my body’s muscles. I have done most of my training remotely, but she made sure I still felt encouraged and supported. Each workout is unique, providing me with a well rounded routine. I never walk into the gym and feel lost anymore.
She incorporated my favorite exercises while sprinkling in new ones. I am learning, with Taylor’s help, to complete simple exercises correctly, to maintain balance between my muscles, and to try new methods to achieve the same goals.
